Consumer Returns
We sell our products to shops, garden centres, high street stores, mail order and internet companies who then sell them in turn to the public.
When you buy a product of ours your contract is with the company from whom you bought it. Therefore, please return to the shop with your receipt for a replacement product or your money back (subject to the shop returns policy and, of course, your statutory rights).
In exceptional circumstances we will consider replacing a product that has not been purchased directly from us on the basis that the retailer has been unable to help you, that the product is faulty and that it is returned to us at your cost. We reserve the right to charge P&P for the replacement product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund products that have not been purchased directly from us.
