Standard Trade Terms & Conditions
Minimum Carriage Paid is £299 + VAT. Orders below carriage paid will be charged at £15 or £25 subject to postcode.
IMPORTANT:
Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles, Ireland – deliveries to all of these areas will be quoted prior to delivery.
Cancellation of purchase orders less then 30 days prior to delivery date will not be accepted. Cancellations of orders prior to 30 days will be accepted at 50%
Lead time 7 � 10 days (usually we deliver sooner).
First order Pro Forma, thereafter orders supplied on account subject to successful application.
Returns or discrepancies must be notified to ATP in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Samples remain the property of ATP Gifts. We reserve the right to charge for samples at standard trade prices, the value of which will be deducted from the next applicable order.
Products are purchased on the understanding that they can be sold on anywhere in the UK only and not on the internet other than under separate internet sales license (click here to apply for internet sales license).
In the unlikely event of disputes, customer payment cannot be withheld nor offset.
No automatic penalties or surcharges accepted for late or incorrect delivery unless agreed under separate contract.
Payment strictly 30 days from date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 10% above base rate.
Relevant UK duties and taxes apply.
Orders accepted on the basis that all agreements are subject to UK Law.
Products remain the property of ATP Gifts Limited until paid for in full.
We reserve the right to change product specifications and prices without notice.
